These terms and conditions and privacy policy outline the service that SIMPLE PROCESS (“we”), www.ssnsimple.com, offers to users (“you”). Your continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions listed herein, including by reading the site or by purchasing an offered service. It is your responsibility to read and understand all terms and we may update these terms and no notice to you.


You are therefore obliged to stay abreast of any changes by reading the terms prior to using any service each time you access this site. We reserve the right to change or amend these terms at any time.


Use Of Website

This site is not affiliated with any government agency and does not work in conjunction with the Social Security Administration. We offer certain services for which we require certain information from you to facilitate. The only information which we request from you is for the purpose of supplying you the application package which you order.


User understands and warrants that the credit card information provided is accurate and owned by you or with the agreement of the card holder, and that the information you provide is true and correct. SSN Simple is copyright protected and all working, images and illustrations are the sole property of our company.


Information on our website is protected by copyright including but not limited to the words contained in the site and the design. You are allowed a non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use the website in the way it was designed to be used only. Automated programs are not allowed, such as web-crawling or other technique. We employ the service of a third-party payment platform for the facilitation of payments made by users for the purpose of ordering their chosen application package.


Services

We offer you a service which allows you to easily file for and procure a social security card from the Social Security Administration for the purpose of replacing a lost card, changing the name on the card due to a legal name change or marriage, or listing a new address on the card. We do not sell Social Security cards and this service is for customer assistance in gaining your validly gained card through an application.


We provide you with a step by step process and a prepaid shipping label, either by email or by post with the help of a tracking number. We reserve the right to refuse service or to cancel the service at any time. You should be aware that the service we provide can be gained for free on the relevant government website.


What we provide is an easy way to apply for and receive a new or replacement Social Security card without navigating the often-difficult wording and instructions contained on the government site.


Please note we do not provide any type of legal, financial or accounting advice, and as such will not be held responsible for any delay or refusal by the Social Security Agency in issuing your card due to any noncompliance with their rules.


Refund Policy

  • You may only gain a refund if you did not use our package materials and returned them unused if posted to you in the first instance or if you did not receive the package materials.
    • You may gain a refund if you didn't receive the application package.
      • If you do not use the application package.
        • If your order item is not available, or SSN Simple is not able to fulfil the order.
          • For any of the above reasons, users will be refunded the entire amount paid.

              • Processing Time

              Our processing time for delivery of the application package is the only processing time that we will be held liable for. If sent by email we can deliver the application package within 24 hours of receipt of purchase. If the application package needs to be posted to you, it will be determined by normal delivery times and at any rate within 2 weeks. Official processing time for the SSA is commonly noted at about 2 weeks, but this might differ.


              Liability

              Please note that we are not liable to you for use of this site or for any application that you file to gain a new Social Security card.


              Compliance

              If any clause within these terms is found to be unenforceable it will be severed from the rest of the terms.
