We employ the service of a third-party payment platform for the facilitation of payments made by users for the purpose of ordering their chosen application package.

We offer you a service which allows you to easily file for and procure a social security card from the Social Security Administration for the purpose of replacing a lost card, changing the name on the card due to a legal name change or marriage, or listing a new address on the card. We reserve the right to refuse service or to cancel the service at any time. You should be aware that the service we provide can be gained for free on the relevant government website. What we provide is an easy way to apply for and receive a new or replacement Social Security card without navigating the often-difficult wording and instructions contained on the government site. This site is not affiliated in any with the Social Security Administration and is not a government agency. You may obtain a free form to apply for your Social Security card at https://www.ssa.gov. Our service is designed to simplify the process of obtaining your Social Security card. Please note we do not provide any type of legal, financial or accounting advice, and as such will not be held responsible for any delay or refusal by the Social Security Agency in issuing your card due to any noncompliance with their rules. We offer a clear-cut process for changing your name on your Social Security card through legal name change or by marriage. Refund Policy

You may only gain a refund if you did not use our package materials and returned them unused if posted to you in the first instance or if you did not receive the package materials.

If your order item is not available, or SSN Simple is not able to fulfil the order.

Processing Time
Our processing time for delivery of the application package is the only processing time that we will be held liable for and it is wholly up to you to apply to the Social Security Administration, with any time frame thereafter determined by them alone. If sent by email we can deliver the application package within 24 hours of receipt of purchase. If the application package needs to be posted to you it will be determined by the normal delivery times from our area of the US to yours and at any rate within 2 weeks. Official processing time for the Social Security Administration is noted at 2 weeks, but this might differ if there is any delay in their offices or by the postal service in terms of receipt of the application.
Liability
Please note that we are not liable to you for use of this site or for any application that you file to gain a new Social Security card. We wholly waive any and all liability in relation to your use of this site and we are not liable to you for the experience that you have through this site or any aspect that derives after you use this site, non exhaustively.
Compliance
If any clause within these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable it will be severed from the rest of the terms, which will still be wholly enforceable. We also reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and may modify or delete any part or add to it as we feel necessary.
